MIKE WATERS – OUR MASTERMIND

A second-generation Waters of Waters Septic Tank Service, Inc., Mike has lived in Florida all of his life. He grew up around the septic business since his father, Mack Waters, owned and started our company. Mike takes pride in his efficiency and quality of work, and also his strong work ethics. 

Mike is our leading contributor, making Waters Septic Tank Service, Inc. what it is today. Mike is a master at excavation work, always assuring quick and efficient septic system installations in order to put our customers back in service. 

MARION WATERS – OUR BUCKET OF INFORMATION, AKA THE SEPTIC DOCTOR

Marion keeps the company running smoothly from the office. She works a great deal with our customers by phone, providing them with answers to questions, billing, and booking. Marion has a lot of knowledge about the septic business. She takes pride in her attention to detail and customer care, and is the other half of making our company a success. Marion also speaks German, which helps with our European customers residing part-time in our beautiful Sarasota and Bradenton area. 

CHAD WATERS – OUR LIFT STATION GENIUS AND MECHANICAL EXPERT INSTALLER

A third-generation Waters of Waters Septic Tank Service, Inc., Chad is our field technician. With lifelong experience, Chad has gained tremendous knowledge pertaining to the septic trade. As our lift station and septic installer, he is known for his hard work and dedication to the job, whether that is installing a septic system, repairing lift stations, installing new panels, installing new lift station pumps, or simply pumping a septic tank.  

RIELLE WATERS – OUR FEARLESS VIKING WOMAN

Rielle Waters, our youngest team member and also wife of third-generation, Chad Waters, has joined our family team. She is our fearless female member installing septic systems with the crew and driving the dump truck. Nothing is too difficult or complicated for her – she gets the job done! We are very blessed to have her, as she is highly motivated and dedicated to our family owned business.
